Second Level Design Features

 

• All the rooms have carpet floors, which are most comfortable in these bedrooms. The bathrooms have ceramic tile floors for durability and ease of maintenance.

• The bedrooms are very spacious, which is pleasurable for families that like to spread out and organize their posessions.

• The Master Bedroom suite has a vaulted ceiling, due to the "scissor" trusses in the attic design; the Master Bath is extra large, complete with a Bidet and Whirlpool for relaxation after a hard day.

• This level was designed with a separate doorway and staircase, leading to the attic above, which is constructed with "storage" trusses, that allow stand-up walking on full plywood floors.  The attic is suitable for finishing and heating if additional living space is needed.
