• The rooms all contain ceramic tile floors which are durabile and easy to maintain

• The Kitchen and Family Rooms are Architect-designed for open concept; the steel frame construction allows the rooms to be extra large, without columns in the middle

• The Kitchen has its own Fireplace (wow!) and 5 skylights

• Windows are Andersen crank-out, which are easy to clean and all-weather; windows along the deck are Pella sliders for safety

• 8-foot sliding glass door opens from the Breakfast Area to the 3-season Porch

• The Family Room has a Fireplace and mini-bar adjacent to French Doors, which open to the Entertainment Deck

• The Laundry Room is on this level, which contains a "laundry chute," so your bedroom clothes can be dropped from the second level directly for cleaning.
